　　摘要：目的 建立卫生检疫知识多维多层文本分类体系。方法建立卫生检疫知识库，并对知识进行分类，开发信息化系统，通过梅山智慧办公系统下的卫生检疫知识管理板块实现知识更新和共享。结果通过多维多层文本分类体系建设，依托信息技术平台，为新进人员培养提供了内容丰富、全面的教材，同时为执行部门和执法人员提供了法律和技术标准。结论卫生检疫知识多维多层文本分类体系是卫生检疫知识管理的有效途径。

　　Abstract:   Objective   To establish multi-dimensionaland multi-level text classification system of health quarantineknowledge.   Methods   Data base of health quarantineknowledge was established and the health quarantine knowledge wasclassified. The information-based system was developed. Theknowledge update and sharing depends on the section of healthquarantine knowledge management of Intelligent Office System ofMeishan Inspection and Quarantine Agency.  Results   Themulti-dimensional and multi-level text classification systemsupplied the abundantest and the most comprehensive articles forthe new employees and offers support for executive agency andemployees on the articles of law and technical standards.  Conclusion   The multi-dimensional and multi-level textclassification system is the effective way on health quarantineknowledge management.
