　　摘要：结核病是严重危害人类健康的全球性重大传染病，早期、快速和准确的诊断是结核病传染得到有效控制的关键。本文从传统的细菌学检测、免疫学检测、分子生物学检测和耐药性诊断等方面对结核分枝杆菌的实验室诊断技术及其最新进展作以概述。

　　Abstract:   TB is a vital global infectious disease，whichhas serious risk to human health. The  key for effectivecontrol of TB infection is to diagnose early, quickly andaccurately. This article reviews the laboratory diagnosis techniqueand its recent progress from the aspects of traditionalbacteriology and immunology detection, molecular biology detectionand drug resistance of mycobacterium tuberculosis diagnosis.
