广州白云国际机场旅检大厅生物气溶胶粒子及其携带病原体监测

  摘要:目的 了解广州白云国际机场旅检大厅生物气溶胶粒子数及气溶胶携带病原体情况,为改善机场卫生状况提供科学依据。方法分别以廊桥入口、过道、行李提取处为监测点,自2012年4月至2013年7月对机场旅检大厅的生物气溶胶粒子数和气溶胶携带病原体进行监测。结果比较旅客群体通过3个监测点前后不同粒径气溶胶粒子数量显示,在过道处粒径≥5.0μm的气溶胶粒子数显著性增加;大厅气溶胶检出唾液链球菌、麻疹孪生球菌、猪丹毒杆菌、粪链球菌、无乳链球菌、抗辐射不动杆菌、肠膜明串珠菌乳脂亚种、藤黄微球菌和溶血性葡萄球菌等条件致病菌;尚未发现霉菌及呼吸道病毒。结论机场出入境检疫部门应加强旅检大厅的卫生监督,督促相关部门做好环境清洁工作,预防疾病传播。

  Monitoring of biological aerosol particles and pathogens atimmigration

  Abstract:   Objective   To understand the biologicalaerosol particles and the aerosols carried pathogens at GuangzhouBaiyun international airport, and to provide scientific referencesfor port health improvement.   Methods   The number ofthe biological aerosols and carried pathogens were monitored atlounge bridges, corridor, baggage claim area from April 2012 toJuly 2013.   Results   The number of aerosolparticles(≥5.0 μm)at corridor increased obviously after passengersthrough. There were conditioned pathogen such as Streptococcussalivarius, Gemella morbillorum, Swine erysipelas, Streptococcusfaecalis, Streptococcus agalactiae, Acinetobacter radioresistens,L.mesenteroides subsp.cremoris, Micrococcus luteus andStaphylococcus haemolyticus at the hall.  Conclusion   Itis important for quarantine departments to strengthen the publichealth supervision, and to supervise the relevant departments toimprove environmental health and prevent the spread of infectiousdiseases.
