青岛奥林匹克帆船中心蝇类本底调查

  摘要:目的 了解青岛奥林匹克帆船中心(以下简称“奥帆中心”)蝇类的种群构成、季节消长和生境分布等特征。方法采用诱蝇笼捕集法捕获蝇类,每月调查2次,对捕获的蝇类进行计数和分类鉴定。利用圆形分布法验证蝇类是否有季节性聚集趋势,并估算高峰时点和高峰时期。结果此次调查共捕获蝇类4614只,隶属于4科12属16种,优势种群为丝光绿蝇、大头金蝇、厩腐蝇、家蝇和棕尾别麻蝇。成蝇密度和气温、降水量之间存在正相关关系。蝇类消长有季节性,呈单峰分布,高峰时点为7月18日,高峰时期为5月29日-9月12日。垃圾场和餐饮区为蝇类的重要滋生区域。结论本次调查填补了青岛奥帆中心蝇类本底资料的空白,为积极开展该口岸蝇类防治工作提供了科学依据。

  Investigation on flies in Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center

  Abstract:   Objective   To determine thecharacteristics of flies such as population composition, seasonalfluctuation and habitat distribution in Qingdao Olympic SailingCenter.   Methods   Flies were captured to be counted andclassified by using the cage-trap method twice a month. Theseasonal clustering of flies and obtain the peak and peak period inthe circular statistical method were accessed.  Results  A total of 4 614 flies were captured, and classified as 4 families12 genera and 16 species. The dominant species were Luciliasericata, Chrysomya megacephala, Muscinan stabulans, Musscadomestica and Boettcherisca peregrine. The density of flies waspositively associated with temperature and precipitation. There wasa significant seasonal variation of flies with peak on July 18thand peak periods from May 29th to September 12th. Garbage dump anddining area were critical places for  flies.  Conclusion  The investigation has provided basic data of flies in theQingdao Olympic Sailing Center for the first time and offeredreference for the prevention and control.
