　　摘要：目的了解2007-2012年南宁口岸出入境人员人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染情况及流行病学特征，为加强口岸艾滋病防控工作提供科学依据。方法对2007-2012年广西国际旅行卫生保健中心监测的HIV感染者的流行病学资料进行分析。结果南宁口岸出入境人员2007-2012年共检出67例HIV感染者，其中，男性61例，女性6例；平均年龄为38.9岁，以30~50岁年龄段为主，其人群主要是以初中文化、已婚人群为主，主要感染途径为性传播。结论南宁口岸出入境人员HIV感染者以劳务输出为主，后续随访中失访病例较多，应加强口岸艾滋病防控工作，工作重心仍然以文化程度较低的劳务输出为主，并且加强深入细致的宣传教育，减少性传播乃至家庭内传播仍然是口岸HIV防控工作的关键。

　　Investigation on HIV-infected cases among internationaltravelers

　　at Nanning　port from 2007 to 2012

　　Abstract:   Objective   To analyze the epidemiologicalcharacteristics of HIV infected cases among international travelersat Nanning port.  Methods   HIV infected cases at Nanningports were analyzed from 2007 to 2012.   Results   Atotal of  67cases were found. In which, 61 cases (91.04%) weremale. Most of them were 30~50 years old. They were mainly ofpeasants in low education. Epidemiological information showed thatheterosexual transmission was the main transmitting route.  Conclusion   It indicated that HIV infected cases of Nanningport were consist of middle-aged workers dispatched abroad and outof touch with paramedics. So the labor-export is the focus of HIVsurveillance among the international travelers in Nanning port.Health education and behavioral intervention should be strengthenedto prevent the transmitting within the family.
