　　摘要:目的   探讨Brugada波形出现在出国劳务人员的临床意义, 提高Brugada波形的检出率,从而提高Brugada综合征诊断水平, 减少境外患病率及死亡率。方法  对1例出国劳务人员心电图的Brugada波形、临床资料、家族史, 及其特点进行总结分析。结果  实验室检查结果未见明显异常, 心电图特征为典型的Ⅰ型Brugada波, 心脏彩超未见异常, 既往史以及家族史调查表明具有遗传史,最终诊断为Brugada综合征。结论   心电图检查对于筛查心电学异常疾病很有效。对于有特殊家族史患者,建议多次心电图检查; 提高检出率, 做到早发现, 早诊断, 早治疗。

　　Case report on Brugada syndrome of abroad labor

　　Abstract:   Objective   To investigate the clinicalsignificance of Brugada waveform among abroad labor, improving thedetection rate of Brugada waveform, so as to improve the diagnosislevel of Brugada syndrome, reduce the morbidity and mortality inthe outside.   Methods   The Brugada waveformelectrocardiogram (ECG), clinical data and family history of onecase abroad labor were analyzed, and its characteristic wassummarized.   Results   The results of laboratory testhad no obvious abnormal; ECG characteristics was typical type ⅠBrugada wave; cardiac color ultrasound had no obvious abnormal;Past medical history and family history suggest genetic history,the final diagnosis was Brugada syndrome.   Conclusion  ECG examination for screening electrocardiology abnormal disease isvery effective, we can suggest many times of ECG examination topatients with special family history for improving the detectionrate, so as to early detection, early diagnosis, and earlytreatment.
